Isabella Dipp is an Associate Lawyer of the firm and her practice is dedicated to overseeing prosecution matters regarding to patents, utility models and industrial designs in both the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean region. She is also involved in patent enforcement procedures before administrative bodies and advising and assisting clients in relation to oppositions, cancelations, and other official actions before the National Office of Industrial Property. Furthermore, her practice also involves Data Protection and related matters.

She graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 2021, obtaining her law degree (LL.B.), magna cum laude. She has also completed relevant diplomas and certificates related to Intellectual Property.

Isabella is the author of multiple articles related to Intellectual Property, Blockchains, and Metaverse including “Blockchains and Intellectual Property”, first place winner article in a writing contest for the Legal Magazine of Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE).

Isabella is fluent in English and Spanish languages and has intermediate knowledge of French language.
