Ricardo is a co-founding partner of Pellerano Messina and managing partner of Pellerano & Herrera, leading full-service law firm in the Dominican Republic. Ricardo has over 45 years of experience and has focused his legal practice in corporate matters, banking and finance, capital markets, insurance, tourism, and real estate.

His practice also encompasses mergers and acquisitions and he has advised local and international companies in various industries, in the areas of tourism and real estate. 

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
